Retire this system? It was simply the BEST for chisels, plane blades. At the moment, I have to sharpen some curved blade instrument plane blades. I went to the Hirdavatmalzemeand I think it will work well, but I know I'd use the supplies I have so I looked and supplies are available, but how could you discontinue this fabulous product? I have told numerous woodworkers to get one and now they can't. All you have to do is see one at a woodworkers show and you're sold when it comes to plane blades and chisels.

I’m in the market for a horizontal disc sander like this one. Worksharp, please consider releasing another model. It doesn’t need to be big for my uses, I’m sharpening clipper blades and salon cuticle nippers

I bought this tool a couple of years ago and never used it until recently when I finally set up a wood shop. I used it to sharpen some wood chisels and found it very easy to use. It brought a sharp edge on 4 different sized chisels. I ripped one of the fine abrasive pads and went to the web site to see about buying some more. I have found out Wood Sharp has discontinued the WS3000. Does that also mean there will be no more sanding papers available. Will you still support it? I'm a bit concerned. It seems like a great product.
